Led by Principal Vahe Khajik, the firm brings extensive expertise in architectural, structural, and grading design, along with in-depth knowledge of complex construction requirements and city permit acquisition.
Holding a valid California General Contractor License (#1142502), Itionic Construction provides comprehensive services from schematic design, construction documentation, and city permit acquisition to full construction execution, final inspection, and obtaining the Certificate of Occupancy.
